Facility Security Assessments…

The Facilities Security Assessment  identifies criminally exploitable  physical vulnerabilities and provides actionable recommendations to eliminate or at least mitigate these risks. This service typically follows– or is conducted in conjunction with– the Risk/Threat Assessment and begins with a review of documents and industry specific practices and standards, preferably prior to the site visit.  The Assessment site visit begins with meetings between the Consultant and stakeholders followed by a physical inspection of the property.  During the inspection, existing conditions are reviewed in the company of a staff member intimately familiar with the organization and the physical site and issues will be noted for inclusion in a Client deliverable.
